Dave purchased The Whittemore Co. in 2001 and is its fourth owner since the company’s founding in 1918. He has more than 40 years of manufacturing industry experience. These include six years as a tool/mold maker, 13 years as a sales and technical representative and 11 years as an executive manager for an industrial distributor. Dave also takes pride in being a family man and has been married since 1983. Besides his wife, Marianne, his family includes two married daughters, their husbands, three granddaughters, and a grandson. Dave and his family reside in a northwest suburb of Chicago. In his leisure time, Dave enjoys family time, riding his bicycle, exercising, and golf.
