OSTREM TOOL COMPANY - Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Indiana, N. Dakota, S. Dakota
|
|
|
 |
|
Ostrem Tool Company is recognized as one of the most unique
manufacturers of round carbide cutting tools in the industry today.
Ostrem Tool has the latest CNC-manufacturing equipment ideally
suited to the manufacture of close tolerance, solid carbide cutting
tools. Our wide range of products includes specially designed solid
carbide drills, endmills, reamers, form tools and multi-function
combination tools.
All tools can be fabricated with coolant-thru functions and other
custom features. Various coatings can be added to meet your
specific application.
State-of-the-art
manufacturing technology in itself does not assure that the tools
are going to be acceptable. So each department is responsible for
inspecting their phase of the manufacturing process. Super
micrometers and high-powered comparators are used to maintain
accuracy. When the tools are finished a representative batch then
goes through a complete final inspection, which ensures that the
tools are of the highest quality and precision possible.
From the
initial phone call to final delivery, we document and track your
order. These process controls assure our customers consistent
reliability from piece to piece and order to order. Attention to
detail has earned Ostrem Tool Company both automotive and aircraft
"Quality Awards" as well as the highly-coveted ISO 9002
Certification.
